I have NO idea as to age, but definitely appears to be significantly vintage. If you know your vintage 12 string Spanish guitars, it should tell you all you need to know in this regard. as I am not sure how to interpret this info re maker vs. Please see pic of inside label for maker, etc. Yet another old guitar I've been sitting on for far to long without having restored, this vintage 12 string classical or Spanish guitar does need some restoration work, but looks like nothing very serious.
